Tamar Luz

Tamar Luz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of capital markets and corporate law. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Capital Markets Practice at Goldfarb Gross Seligman since August 2024, Tamar previously held the position of General Counsel and EVP at Israel Aerospace Industries from August 2019 to July 2024. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Goldfarb Seligman as Partner and Deputy Head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department was held from July 2011 to July 2019. Tamar's career began at M. Seligman & Co., progressing from Legal Intern to Associate and then Partner. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
