Carmen Olea

Carmen Olea is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the ED&T Governance Manager and previously as System Engineering Manager at GKN Automotive since October 2018. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Product Manager at both Ford Motor Company and Hays from March 2015 to September 2018. Additionally, Carmen worked as a Product Development Engineer at Lear Corporation and as a CAD Designer at RLE International between April 2012 and February 2015. Early in the career, Carmen gained experience as a Laboratory Technician at TDK from August 2010 to December 2011. Carmen's academic background includes multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from University of East London and Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, along with an Ingeniero Técnico Industrial degree from Universidad de Málaga.
