Berni Smelter

Berni Smelter is currently the Chief Manufacturing Engineer at GKN Aerospace, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Berni worked at Fokker Aerostructures B.V. from September 2002 to April 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and in Production Planning/Preparation. Berni holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from HBO University (2001-2002) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from HBO University (1997-2001).
