Ken Rosen

Ken Rosen, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Engineer for Manufacturing at GKN Aerospace, leading the Engineering team in the F-35 program's Transfer of Work and expansion. Additionally, Ken holds a professorship at California State University, Long Beach, which began in August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Engineer for Manufacturing at Virgin Galactic, Chief Manufacturing Engineer for Defense NPI at GKN Aerospace, and Program Manager at both Safran and TECT Corporation. Ken's earlier positions at GKN Aerospace include MEQ Team Leader and Production Supervisor, where important metrics and Lean Manufacturing techniques were emphasized. Ken's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, complemented by PMP certification from the Project Management Institute India. Skills encompass SCIL training and expertise in design and laboratory testing.
