Maizal Hairie

Maizal Hairie has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Certifying Staff at GKN Aerospace since July 2019, focusing on the IAE V2500 low-pressure compressor fan blade and platform, ensuring that all inspection documents and physical parts are completed and ready for shipment. Previously, as a Quality Inspector, responsibilities included receiving inspection tasks for various engine platforms, ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Prior to GKN Aerospace, Maizal worked as an Aircraft Engine Overhaul Technician at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited, specializing in multiple Rolls Royce Trent engine types, performing maintenance, disassembly, inspection, repairs, and overhauls. Maizal's career began as a Trainee Technician at MATA Amec, handling aircraft base maintenance for Boeing 727-200 freighters, adhering to FAA safety guidelines. Maizal holds a High School Diploma in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Malaysian Aviation Training Academy, completed in 2016.
