Michael Buono serves as the Center of Excellence Manager for HR Business Systems at GKN Aerospace since January 2019, specializing in the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Platform and overseeing a global implementation for over 15,000 employees. With extensive experience in HR information systems, Michael previously held leadership roles such as Global HRIS Manager for Productions Plus and Global HR Information Systems Manager at GKN plc, where responsibilities included technical development, implementation, and support of HR applications. Additional roles encompass Commercial & Operational Applications Manager, IT Business Analyst & BI Developer, and Development Analyst for HR Technology, demonstrating a strong background in managing HR systems, business intelligence solutions, and stakeholder collaboration. Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University.
