Sergio Moren

Sergio Moren is an experienced aerospace operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the East Region and Site Director at GKN Aerospace since January 2014. Sergio is a member of the SSA Board of GKN Aerospace Services Structures Corporation and has previously managed all operations at GKN Aerospace's Aerospace Manufacturing facility. Prior to GKN Aerospace, Sergio held multiple roles at Pratt & Whitney from 2007 to 2014, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing engineers and supporting production for military and commercial engine product lines, as well as serving as Shop Floor Supervisor. Sergio's career began at Sikorsky Aircraft as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in High Temperature Materials from Rensselaer, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management & Engineering for Manufacturing from the University of Connecticut.
