Anne-Sophie Millon

Anne-Sophie MILLON is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary and event management sectors. As the Director and founder of Tastimony since November 2013, Anne-Sophie has been organizing bespoke gastronomic events featuring Michelin-starred chefs for private and corporate clients. In addition, as a Correspondante et Ambassadeur for ONLYLYON since November 2018, Anne-Sophie contributes to a network of 26,000 ambassadors aimed at promoting Lyon and its region internationally. Since January 2015, Anne-Sophie has served as the UK representative for London Omnivore, facilitating a global culinary festival that bridges international chefs and local talent. Furthermore, Anne-Sophie has held various roles at GL events since October 2007, including managing the UK team for prestigious competitions like the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. Anne-Sophie holds a Master's degree in International Public Law from The University of Manchester and a Master in Public Law from the University of Law Lyon III, along with a year of study in Medicine at the University of Rockefeller.
