Nicolas Pichon

Nicolas Pichon is an experienced M&A executive at GL events since December 2019, with a strong background in transaction services developed during a five-year tenure at PwC, where roles progressed from Junior Analyst to Manager. Responsibilities included valuation and advisory for acquisitions and disposals, vendor assistance, and conducting due diligence while performing financial analyses to assess transaction risks. Nicolas began a career in finance with internships at PwC and as an Accounting Assistant at Chambre de Commerce Française de Grande-Bretagne, coupled with consultancy experience at Junior ESC Grenoble. Nicolas holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on quantitative finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management, alongside earlier academic achievements in mathematics.
