SADOINE Patricia has extensive experience in corporate law, serving as Group General Counsel and Compliance Officer at GL events since December 2016, where responsibilities include M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and guiding a legal team. Prior to this role, SADOINE held the position of Senior Legal Counsel Europe at XPO Logistics Europe, overseeing M&A across multiple countries and managing corporate activities for 185 subsidiaries worldwide. SADOINE's career began as a corporate solicitor at multiple law firms, and educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Law from both Durham University and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
