Alycia Martin

Alycia Martin, MSM, has extensive experience in project management and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Senior SCRUMMaster at GL Homes since January 2018, Alycia is responsible for project request gathering, requirement definition, and implementation across teams. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Trilogyed and Process Manager at Gracehill, where Alycia managed project portfolios and communicated project scopes. At Kaplan University, Alycia held positions as Associate Director of Student Operations and Senior Admissions Coordinator, focusing on product ownership, process implementation, and student enrollment.
