James Gelske

James Gelske serves as the Home Warranty Superintendent at GL Homes since June 2020. Prior to this role, James was a Property Manager at 1st Place Property Management from January 2013 to June 2020, managing over 70 residential rental units and handling lease negotiations. Concurrently, James worked as a Licensed Realtor at Real Living 1st Choice Realty, preparing essential documents and advising buyers on property suitability. Earlier experience includes positions as a Locksmith/Window Installer at Cypress Doors & Locksmith and a Firefighter/EMT with Day & Zimmermann. James began a professional journey as a Window Installer with Atlantic Coast Windows & Doors. Academic qualifications include a High School Diploma from Deerfield Beach High School and an Associate of Science in Building Construction Technology from Broward College.
