Max Rudolf is currently the Assistant General Counsel at GL Homes, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Max worked as an Attorney at Akerman LLP from 2016 to 2025 and at Wicker Smith et. al. from 2012 to 2016. They gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2011. Max earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2009 and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law in 2012.
