Cynthia Hill

Cynthia Kerr-Hill serves as Director of Human Resources and oversees the administration of corporate benefits, employee relations and payroll responsibilities. She is also actively involved with our commercial insurance, provides office management oversight at the headquarters in Carrollton, and partners with the Operations Vice President on compliance and safety regulations.

As a seasoned HR professional, she is passionate about the “human” side of HR and embraces opportunities for our employees to live our culture of “Extraordinary at Work” every day.

Cynthia holds the PHR designation, and a bachelor’s degree in English/Communications from The Florida State University.
