Justin Rosado

Associate Director, Donor Services at GLAAD

Justin Rosado is the Associate Director of Donor Services at GLAAD. Justin oversees the donation process from beginning to end, including accurate data entry, tracking pledge payments, providing donor acknowledgements and reporting out on revenue. In addition, Justin creates and implements systems within the department to streamline our processes.

Prior to working at GLAAD, Justin worked as the Database & Individual Giving Manager at SAGE, where they oversaw the donor database, donation process as well as leading the SAGE’s diversity efforts. Justin comes to GLAAD with a history in community organizing and direct service, having previously served as Lead Organizer of FIERCE, as well as the NYC Anti-Violence Project. Justin was also the Education Associate at GLSEN, where they coordinated the national No Name Calling Week and created lesson plans and resources for educators, including the revised version of the GLSEN Safe Space Kit.

A self-described “Gay Geek,” Justin enjoys all things Sci-Fi. In particular, Justin is a fan the Buffy-verse and Star Trek. In their spare time, Justin serve as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for Gay Geeks of New York, LLC.
