Meghan Bartley is a seasoned marketing and engagement professional with extensive experience in driving LGBTQ inclusion in advertising and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Agencies, Brands, and Engagement at GLAAD since August 2021, Meghan previously held roles as Marketing Director at Daryl Roth Productions and Account Director at Situation Interactive, where responsibilities included managing high-profile clients and leading strategic planning across multiple platforms. Meghan's career spans various positions including Senior Account Executive and Account Services Manager at Daryl Roth Advertising, as well as Account Manager at AKA NYC, where collaborative campaign execution and media negotiation were key focuses. Meghan began her career as a Sales Manager at Encore Merchandising and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Ohio University.
