Glacial Ridge Hospital is a not-for-profit, 22-bed Critical Access, Trauma Level IV hospital located in Glenwood, MN serving Pope County and portions of the four adjoining counties. Glacial Ridge Health System is comprised of the hospital, three medical centers, eye center, ambulance service, homecare, hospice, EMS training, and a wellness center.

We strive to provide our community with a broad array of choices in health care services and continue to expand our specialty care services in order to provide quality healthcare close to home. The Healthcare Team at Glacial Ridge Health System is responsible for delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to the communities served by the facility. This multidisciplinary team includes roles such as EMTs who provide critical pre-hospital care, Occupational Therapists who help patients recover and improve their ability to perform daily tasks, and Family Nurse Practitioners who offer primary care and medical advice. The team also comprises a Health Informatics Coordinator who manages patient data, an ER - UNIT Coordinator who ensures efficient operation of the emergency department, and an Exercise Physiologist who designs fitness programs for rehabilitation. Together, they strive to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare across various settings.
