Lee Groom

Lee Groom is the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Glacier Bancorp Inc. Lee has over fifteen years of experience in the banking and financial industry.

Lee started their career at HSBC Card Services in 2001 as a Sr. Manager of Credit Risk and Policy. Lee was with the company for six years before moving to SquareTwo Financial as a VP of Analytics in 2007. At SquareTwo, Lee was responsible for cash flow forecasting, behavioral modeling, underwriting, portfolio management, and process modeling for the company's debt buying entities.

In 2010, Lee joined First Interstate Bank as their Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking and Analytics. In this role, they had operational responsibility for the bank's Small Business and Commercial Lending businesses. This included ownership of Commercial Lending, Small Business Lending, SBA Government Lending, and Treasury Management. In addition, Lee led the Analytics function and was responsible for providing quantitative analysis and analytical support for the entire bank.

Lee has been with Glacier Bancorp since 2018 and is currently their Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer.

Lee Groom received a BA in Mathematics from Colorado College and an MS from Colorado State University.

Their manager is Randall M. Chesler, President & CEO. They work with Brian Stack - Vice President, Byron Pollan - Treasurer & SVP, and Chris Hippler - VP, Secondary Marketing Manager.
