Lee Groom

Lee Groom has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Currently serving as the SVP - Chief Experience Officer at Glacier Bancorp, Inc., Lee is responsible for overseeing customer-facing technology and banking products/services across all 17 Bank Divisions. With a background in commercial banking, consumer lending, treasury management, and credit risk, Lee has held various leadership roles at companies like First Interstate Bank and SquareTwo Financial. Lee holds a BA in Mathematics from Colorado College and an MS from Colorado State University.
