The Management and Coordination team at Glacier Energy is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and integration of various company functions. This includes ensuring resource allocation and quality control (Resourcing Manager, QHSE Manager), managing key client relationships (Senior Key Account Manager), coordinating service delivery (Service Manager, Third Party Coordinator/Inspector), procuring materials (Buyers), and executing projects (Project Manager). Additionally, the team supports human resource activities and production planning (HR Assistant, Buyer/Production Controller) to maintain optimal performance across both renewable and conventional energy projects.
