Alice Li

Alice Li is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving product quality. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Gladly since August 2015, Alice has previously held roles including Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, contributing to the enhancement of customer support experiences. Prior to Gladly, Alice was the Engineering Lead at Addepar, where automation engineering and developer productivity were the focus. Initial experience includes positions at Yipit as a Software Engineer, where analytics and algorithm projects were developed, and at Oliver Wyman as a Financial Services Consultant. Alice also gained valuable experience through internships at prominent companies such as Microsoft, Bridgewater Associates, and Google, as well as research roles at Carnegie Mellon University and MedImmune. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside education from the University of Cambridge.
