Amanda Chi is an Executive Assistant at Gladly. Amanda has previous experience as an Executive Assistant at Crowe from December 2015 to July 2018. During their time at Crowe, they provided high-level daily administrative support to 5 firm partners in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Additionally, they managed calendar scheduling, meetings, expense reporting and travel arrangements for all partners, including the San Francisco Office Managing Partner. Amanda also created presentations for partner meetings, proposals for client meetings, and ran Excel spreadsheet reports.

In their role at Crowe, Amanda also enhanced partners’ client base through account creation, utilizing CRM, client engagement acceptance forms and proposal formatting. Amanda supported 120 Risk, Audit, Performance, Advisory and Tax staff with office management, catering and logistics. Additionally, they coordinated and planned events both during and after office hours that foster company culture, including wellness and volunteer events. Amanda also served as the firm-wide Project Lead for the Asian People Resource Network’s 2018 Ascend Convention, organizing logistics and liaising with conference facilitators as part of Diversity & Inclusion initiative.

Amanda has experience with office remodels, expansions, and moves. Amanda helped facilitate the merger and acquisition of Rowbotham and Co. LLP and its onboarding of 30 employees. Additionally, they organized the office expansion to an additional floor and set up the San Jose satellite office.

Amanda Chi has a Master's degree in Culture, Media and Creative Industries from King's College London. Amanda also has a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization and Italian Studies from Emory University. Additionally, they have studied Italian Language and Literature at Emory University Italian Studies Summer Abroad.
