Brandon Provost

Brandon Provost is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in solutions consulting and engineering across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Gladly since October 2022, Brandon has held roles that include Senior Solutions Consultant and Solutions Engineer at Freshworks, where responsibilities included customer problem identification, sales support, and product demonstrations. Prior to that, experience as a Solutions Engineer at HighRadius focused on accounts receivables automation, pre-sales engineering, and high-level solution design. Additional roles in sales operations at Alert Logic and technical support at Apple provided valuable insights into performance analysis and customer relationship management. Brandon holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas-Pan American.
