Jamie Tozzi

Jamie Tozzi is a leadership speaker and coach with substantial experience in building leadership talent and enhancing team performance since January 2020. As a member of the Board of Directors at Gladly and Enavate, Jamie contributes strategic insights to both organizations. Prior to these roles, Jamie served at Microsoft from June 2000 to December 2019, holding various positions including General Manager of Corporate Accounts, where oversight of a $1B team supported over 5,000 customers in digital transformation. Jamie also directed Microsoft's National Dynamics 365 Enterprise ERP business and held several managerial positions within the Dynamics division. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Pricewaterhousecoopers from 1997 to 2000. Jamie holds a BS in Marketing and Communications from Boston College, completed in 1997.
