Tessa Brown

Tessa Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions consulting, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Gladly since August 2025. Concurrently, Tessa is an Improv Instructor at Sacramento Comedy Spot, responsible for teaching adult improv classes and coaching the Helix Improv program, recognized as "Favorite Instructor/Mentor" in 2024 and 2025. Previously, Tessa's tenure at GRIN included roles from Customer Success Manager to Service Delivery Manager, where foundational processes for customer onboarding and product training were established. With prior experience at StreamSend and Local Market Launch in customer success and account management roles, Tessa has developed expertise in SaaS adoption, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Affairs from UC Santa Barbara.
