Geoff Morrissy

Geoff Morrissy has extensive experience in procurement, operations, and engineering, currently serving as a Strategic Procurement Specialist at Gladstone Ports Corporation Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Geoff held various significant positions at Gladstone Area Water Board from January 2016, including Network Improvement Leader and Contracts and Procurement Manager. From July 2013 to January 2016, Geoff was the Operations Manager at GAGAL. Additionally, Geoff worked at QCLNG Bechtel between July 2010 and June 2013, where responsibilities included Superintendent roles in Fire, Gas, ICSS & Communications, Buildings and Temporary Facilities, and Early Works. Earlier career experience comprises a Process Control Engineer position at Queensland Alumina from July 2005 to June 2010 and at Comalco Alumina Refinery from November 2003 to July 2005. Geoff completed education at CQUniversity from 2001 to 2005 and attended Toolooa State High.
