Lily Connors has a diverse work experience. Lily started their career in 2013 as a Model at Scene Model Management Pty Ltd. In 2015, they became a Lifestyle & Fashion writer at THE F lifestyle and fashion blog. Lily then joined Designer Forum Boutiques in 2016 as an E-Boutique Customer Care Assistant. Later in the same year, they moved to GlamCorner and worked as a customer happiness representative. Overall, Lily has experience in customer service, fashion, and writing.

Lily Connors attended John Curtin College of the Arts from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a High School degree and Cert II in Visual Arts. In 2015, they enrolled at FBI Fashion College and completed a degree in Fashion Business in 2016. The following year, they attended Santosha Yoga Institute and became a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher. In 2018, they enrolled at Journey of Young Women Institute and received a Certificate of Mentoring Girls.
