Noelle Kot is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in global marketing and product management. Currently serving as Manager of Global Marketing at GLAMGLOW since May 2016, Noelle oversees core programs and promotional initiatives, including the development of strategy decks, cost management, and competitive research. Previously, Noelle held roles at Smashbox Cosmetics, where responsibilities included managing limited life programs and leading collateral processes for global markets. Earlier career experiences span various positions in renowned companies such as Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Clinique, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
