Robinick Fernandez has a diverse work experience in the field of design, with a focus on interior and graphic design. They are currently working as the Chief Design Officer at Foresyte since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of UX and Design at Foresyte from February to April 2023.

Before joining Foresyte, Robinick worked at Wayne Corp LLC from August 2019 to February 2023 as a Consultant-Brand, Graphics, and Product. They were responsible for leading multiple departments and working closely with editorial teams to establish and implement brand visions for JoySauce and Seattle Magazine. At JoySauce, they managed content conception and delivery, designed the brand identity, web platform, and media kit. At Seattle Magazine, they spearheaded the redesign of the publication's visual identity and website.

From July 2019 to November 2021, Robinick worked at Mithun as a Senior Associate, Interior, and Graphic Designer. They expanded Mithun's design services by adding an environmental graphic design practice and co-founded the development of Mithun's justice, equity, diversity, and inclusivity framework. They collaborated with Seattle community leaders to establish an open-source tool called the Centering Health Equity.

In their earlier career, Robinick worked at CallisonRTKL as an Associate, Interior, and Graphic Designer from August 2017 to August 2019. They played a key role in delivering unique solutions for large scale workplace projects and secured multiple projects for Expedia Group India.

Robinick also founded Hadron Creative and worked as an Interior, Product, and Graphic Designer from September 2013 to August 2017. They consulted on various design types and delivered retail and workplace interior and visual design projects.

They also gained experience at NBBJ Design as a Consultant, Interior, and Graphic Designer from March 2013 to January 2014, and at IA Interior Architects as a Designer from August 2011 to August 2013.

Earlier in their career, Robinick worked as an Interior Designer at NBBJ Design from January 2007 to January 2009, and at CallisonRTKL as an Interior Designer from June 2006 to June 2007.

Robinick Fernandez attended Cornish College of the Arts from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design and Applied Arts.
