Caroline Picken

Caroline Picken has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caroline worked at Glamping Hub from 2014 to present, where they held various positions including Director of Operations, VP of Global, Director of Business Development, Head of Customer Service, and Sales Executive. In their role as Head of Customer Service, Caroline managed a team and focused on providing exceptional customer support, improving website functionality, and generating revenue through data analysis. Prior to Glamping Hub, they worked at Aimimage and Ice Film as an Executive Personal Assistant and Production Assistant from 2011 to 2012. Caroline also has experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant at JN Bentley Ltd in 2006 and as a Receptionist at Ilkley Lawn Tennis & Squash Club Ltd from 2005 to 2007.

Caroline Picken obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ancient History from King's College London. Caroline pursued their studies at the institution from 2007 to 2010.
