Kimberly Underhill is a Non-Executive Director at Glanbia. Kimberly has previously worked as the Global President of Kimberly Clark Professional, the Group President at Kimberly Clark, and the President Consumer Europe at Kimberly Clark.
Underhill has over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Kimberly began their career at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 1988 and has since held a number of leadership positions within the company. In 2006, they were promoted to President Consumer Europe and relocated to London. In this role, they oversaw all of Kimberly Clark's European operations.
In 2014, Underhill was promoted to Global President of Kimberly Clark Professional. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's $3.5 billion B2B business. Underhill successfully developed growth strategies for various product platforms and expanded the company's reach into new markets.
In 2018, Underhill was once again promoted, this time to Group President at Kimberly Clark. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's operations in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Underhill has been a board member at FMI- The Food Industry Association since June 2020. In this role, they have developed category growth strategies for the Baby and Child Care platforms.
Kimberly Underhill received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Kimberly also completed the NACD Director Professionalism course in August 2015 and holds certifications from Circus Street in Digital Marketing and from the NACD in NACD Directorship.
