Maureen Gibbons has extensive work experience in various leadership and organizational development roles. Maureen is currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Glanbia, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the company's diversity and inclusion strategy globally. Prior to this, Gibbons worked at Glanbia Performance Nutrition as the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Communications and as the Director of Organizational Development. In these roles, they were responsible for talent management, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning for over 2000 employees. Before joining Glanbia, Gibbons worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Learning and Organizational Development expert, where they designed and delivered training programs for the Advisory line of business. Maureen also has experience at ISACA, where they served as the Director of Engagement Programs, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they held multiple roles including Sector Practice Director and Learning and Development Manager. Overall, Gibbons has a strong background in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, talent development, and designing and delivering learning programs.

Maureen Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate for Human Resources from Cornell University.
