Paul Healy is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in IT procurement and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Global IT Procurement Lead at Glanbia, Paul has successfully driven value through collaboration with global IT teams on strategic initiatives since September 2021. Previously, as an Information Technology Business Partner at Takeda, Paul's focus was on defining digital transformation strategies and managing supplier relationships. During tenure at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Paul held multiple roles, including IT Business Partner and Associate Director of Global IT Procurement, where Paul developed sourcing strategies and procurement practices that aligned with business objectives. Paul holds a Master of Science in Procurement Management from the University of Strathclyde and various certifications from recognized institutions in procurement and supply management.
