Tom Kraft is a seasoned design professional specializing in interaction and UX product design, currently serving as the Lead Interaction Designer at Glance since May 2016. At Glance, a digital customer service technology provider for major Fortune 500 companies, Tom leads the creation of user journeys, designs UI prototypes, and develops a cohesive design system in Figma. Previously, Tom was a Partner and Digital Creative Director at Weymouth Design from 1998 to 2016, where responsibilities included managing teams of designers and engineers to develop complex websites and digital solutions. Tom holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and has pursued additional education at Harvard Extension School and Monroe Community College.
