Kate Hillman

Kate Hillman has held a variety of HR positions since 1994. Kate began their career as the HR Director for Newmarket International in 1994, where they oversaw the growth of the employee base from 60 to 325 employees. In 2000, they became the HR Director for MicroArts, where they were part of an executive team that represented the company to potential buyers and integrated the company with the new ownership's corporate programs and benefits. In 2002, they moved to Home Brands, Inc. as the HR Director, where they worked with a leader in the storage building market. In 2018, they took on a role as the VP Administration for Ascendle, a mobile application development and cloud infrastructure company. Finally, in 2019, they became the HR Director for Glance Networks, a visual engagement platform.

Kate Hillman received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
