Marissa Metcalf

Marissa Metcalf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Glance since August 2025, Marissa leads U.S. initiatives. As Principal at MMNT Lab, which specializes in consultancy for the footwear and handbag categories, Marissa collaborates with brands on market opportunities and product lifecycle management. Previously, as VP of Business Development and Brand Partnerships at CaaStle from September 2019 to February 2025, Marissa was instrumental in driving strategic growth through innovative GTM strategies. While at Rue Gilt Groupe and Rue La, Marissa held various vice president roles overseeing women's merchandising, significantly optimizing revenue and launching successful brand initiatives. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University.
