Shefali Rai

Shefali Rai currently serves as SVP & CHRO at both InMobi since October 2024 and Glance since January 2021, having previously held several leadership roles in human resources at InMobi from November 2011 to January 2021, including Director of Human Resources and Vice President of People & Culture. Shefali also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Yahoo from 2008 to 2011 and worked at HARMAN India and Quadrangle earlier in her career. Shefali Rai holds an Executive Program degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
