Angela McCracken

Angela McCracken serves as the Head of Legal at Glasgow 2026 since April 2025. Prior to this role, Angela held various positions at Scottish Rugby from August 2016 to April 2025, including Head of Legal and Governance, Senior Solicitor, and Solicitor. Angela's legal career began at Balfour+Manson in March 2012, initially as a paralegal in the Private Client and Property department before completing a traineeship in the litigation department. Further experience includes the role of Legal Manager at Law At Work from September 2015 to August 2016. Angela McCracken earned a Certificate in Sports Governance from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (2020-2021), a Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Edinburgh (2010-2011), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Aberdeen (2005-2009).
