David McMillan

David McMillan is the acting head of finance at Glasgow City Council. David previously worked as a medical secretary at NHS from January 2019 to December 2020. David also worked at Renfrewshire Council.

David McMillan has a Bachelor of Arts in childhood and youth studies from The Open University, and a postgraduate degree in career guidance and development from the University of the West of Scotland.
