Katherine Daugharty

Katherine Daugharty has a diverse work experience. Katherine started their career as an Accounting Intern at Hayden Ross, PLLC, where they organized audit reports and updated the filing system. Katherine then worked at Barker Capital Management Group as a Financial Analyst and later as a Funded Trader and Portfolio Manager. After that, they joined BDO USA, LLP as an Assurance Associate and later as an Experienced Associate, providing audit and review services to public filers and private companies. Katherine then moved to KPMG US, where they held roles as an Audit Associate, Senior Audit Associate, and Senior Associate in the Accounting Advisory Services division, focusing on revenue recognition and technical accounting. Most recently, Katherine has been working at Clearwater Analytics, where they held positions as an Internal Audit Manager, Financial Controls and Compliance Manager, and Delivery Assurance Program Lead. In their current role as Head of Financial Controls and Compliance, they are responsible for overseeing financial controls and compliance activities within the company.

Katherine Daugharty earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they obtained additional certifications, including one in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn, and one in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning also from LinkedIn. Katherine also holds a Bloomberg Certification from Bloomberg LP, which they obtained in 2012.
