Matthew Kobal

Matthew Kobal serves as the Regional Vice President and Corporate Director of Training at Glass America since February 2018. In this role, Matthew is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing corporate training programs that align with the company’s objectives and strategy, collaborating with management teams to assess training needs and program effectiveness. Previously, Matthew held multiple positions at Gerber National Claim Services from February 2009 to February 2018, including Director of Training, where responsibilities included delivering customer experiences in a high-volume contact center and developing comprehensive training programs for new hires and experienced representatives. Early career experience includes roles at Magneco/Metrel as a Project Manager and at US Foods as an Accounting Clerk. Matthew has pursued education in Network Administration and Business Administration at Harper College.
