Graham Hillier

Graham Hillier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Chair of the Foundation Industries Sustainability Consortium since October 2022, Hillier also holds positions as a Strategic Advisor at Glass Futures Ltd since January 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director at Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd. since November 2018. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor, Director of Strategy and Futures, and Director of Low Carbon Energy at CPI, in addition to being the Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence and a Governor at Northumbria University. Hillier has held significant positions in various organizations, including Chief Technology Officer at High Value Manufacturing Catapult and Chairperson at Redcar & Cleveland College. An expert in metallurgy and materials, Hillier earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from The Open University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from The University of Sheffield.
