Phil Requist

Phil Requist has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Phil is currently serving as the Vice President Information Technology at Glass House Brands Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at CANNDESCENT from November 2021 to March 2023. Phil also served as the Vice President of Information Systems at CANNDESCENT from August 2018 to October 2021, where they implemented a comprehensive ERP solution and custom inhouse applications. Before joining CANNDESCENT, Phil worked as the Chief Technology Officer at CallsDirect, LLC. from January 2012 to August 2018. Phil began their career as the Chief Information Officer at Bargain Network, where they worked from 1996 to 2006.

Phil Requist obtained their Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara where they studied Business Economics and Political Science from 1985 to 1991.
