David Blake is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Orthopedic Centers of Colorado since July 2025, David previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at OrthoArizona from March 2022 to July 2025. Prior to that, David was the Senior Director of IT for Culligan International and served as the VP of Global IT Security, Infrastructure & Operations at Rogers Corporation from 2015 to 2019. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Director of IT at Dignity Health and Director of IT at Cognizant Technologies. David holds a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sam Houston State University.
