Eric Shostal is responsible for Glass Lewis’ research and engagement activities across all markets globally. His team publishes research on 30,000+ meetings and engages with 3,000+ companies. In addition to overseeing global proxy research, he also helms the company’s thought leadership in ESG policy and shareholder engagement. Eric brings over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and investment stewardship to the company. He previously served as Vice President, Investment Stewardship at BlackRock. Eric has participated in a broad range of engagements with public company executives and institutional investor groups, developing expertise in board quality, shareholder accountability, executive compensation, and corporate sustainability disclosures.
