Arushi Bajaria

Arushi Bajaria is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in art direction and creative leadership. Currently serving as Creative Group Head at Glassbox Ventures since August 2025, Arushi previously held the position of Senior Art Director at Ogilvy from February 2022 to October 2025 and was recognized in the IMPACT 30 Under 30 in 2022. Prior roles include Senior Art Director at Dentsu Webchutney, where notable achievements included multiple shortlists and awards at prestigious accolades such as CANNES LIONS and Spikes Asia in 2021. Arushi began the career as a Creative Graphic Designer at WATConsult and as a Branding Consultant for Anciet Living following education in Fashion Communication and Arts.
