Rinat Teshuva

Rinat Teshuva has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2011, Rinat worked as an English Teacher and Renewals Manager at Wall Street Institute, where they demonstrated strong resolution capabilities in driving renewals to on-time closure. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at ITEC Ltd. In 2013, Rinat joined Telit as a Sales Operations & Service Coordinator and later became the Business Operations Team Leader, managing global teams and implementing operational excellence. Rinat then joined Similarweb in 2018 as a Sales Operations Program Manager and later became the Sales Operations Team Manager, responsible for strategic initiatives and managing a global Sales Ops team. In 2022, Rinat became a Community Member at RevOps Co-op. Currently, since 2020, Rinat is working at Glassbox as the Senior Director of Global Revenue Operations, responsible for breaking down silos and fostering collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS teams.

Rinat Teshuva completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2009 and 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University. In 2018, Rinat Teshuva also received a certification as an SAP MM Consultant from Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות.
