Jonathan Hammer is the VP of Business Operations at Glassdoor. Jonathan has over ten years of experience in business operations and consulting.

Jonathan started their career as a Senior Consultant at Strategic Offsites Group, where they worked with clients to help them improve their business operations. Jonathan then transitioned to Education Pioneers, where they were a Graduate Fellow at the National Center on Time and Learning. After Education Pioneers, Jonathan worked at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader. Jonathan then left Bain & Company to join StubHub as the Director of Business Operations.

At StubHub, Jonathan was responsible for overseeing the company's business operations. Jonathan helped StubHub grow from a small startup to one of the largest ticket marketplace companies in the world. In December 2018, Jonathan left StubHub to join Glassdoor as the Senior Director, Head of Business Operations.
