Rich Papalia has experience in leading multiple projects in infrastructure for ML Models at Glassdoor. Rich also designed and open-sourced tools for ML Platform at Glassdoor and played a key role in rebuilding the job search backend. Prior to Glassdoor, Rich worked as a Software Engineer at Visa. Rich Papalia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
