Maria Wolszczak

Maria Wolszczak began their work experience in 2016 as a Receptionist at Michael Page. Maria then progressed to become a Trainee and later a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in HR and Finance. Maria worked with various clients in the production, automotive, and FMCG industries. In 2019, they joined ALM Services Group as an IT Recruiter. In 2020, Maria joined Payability as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on full life-cycle recruiting in the eCommerce domain. In 2021, they became an HR Associate at Accointing by Glassnode, a crypto tracking platform. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Glassnode, a blockchain data and intelligence platform.

Maria Wolszczak obtained their Master's degree in Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice, a period that spanned from 2013 to 2019. In 2021, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in HR Business Partner at WSB University. Currently, in 2022, Maria is attending a course in Talent Management at Laba.
