Dave Tickner, MBA

Dave Tickner, MBA has extensive work experience in operations and engineering. Dave began their career in 1996 as a Design Engineer for Saab Seaeye Limited. In 1999, they joined ITT as a Design Engineer, and over the next 13 years they held various roles including Director of Engineering, R&D and Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Nelson-Miller, Inc. as VP & Senior Director of Operations and Director of Engineering & Tooling - Asia Pacific. In 2015, they joined TriVista as Director and in 2020 they joined Eastern Innovation as an Advisory Board member. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Chief Operating Officer for GlassPoint, Inc.

Dave Tickner obtained their Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship from the Defence Research Agency (MoD) from 1992 to 1996. Dave then obtained their Mechanical & Production Engineering degree from Southdowns in 1996. In 2012, they completed their Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. In 2014, they obtained their MBA certification from Western University.
